Eliya is a garden and nature enthusiast from California. She has worked at the intersection of people and planet for many years as an environmental educator, Forest School facilitator, and primary school teacher. Eliya developed her educator toolkit through teaching and facilitating groups in classroom, after school, camp, and workshop contexts. She has designed and implemented educational programming in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Shanghai, and now Dublin. With a Bachelors of Science in Conservation Resource Studies with a focus in Sustainable Food Systems, and an M.A. in Education and Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the University of California, Berkeley, her passion for the environment, experience, and academic interests have led her to the development of Seed Scholars.
When she's not teaching, you can find her dancing, reading a book, or out on her bicycle, rain or shine.
